REFUND POLICY
The Parlour Skin and Sculpt provides holistic, non-invasive treatments designed to support the skin, fascia, and lymphatic system. Every guest is unique, and responses to treatment based on individual biology, lifestyle, and consistency. While every effort is made to ensure a positive and supportive experience, results cannot be guaranteed.
Once a treatment has been provided… including time, expertise, and use of product, no refunds are offered. This in non-negotiable.
CANCELATION POLICY
PUBLIC GUESTS:
A 24 hour Cancellation Policy applies for all public guest bookings. Cancellations or missed appointments within 24 hours incur dissolvement of your $50 deposit as a late-cancellation/no-show fee.
Because The Parlour is a one-guest-at-a-time space, late changes significantly impact the schedule and availability for others. Thank you for respecting the space and time reserved for you.
MEMBERSHIP HOLDERS:
Memberships include flexible booking and a softened cancellation policy as an added perk.
One courtesy late cancellation per year is included with your membership.
After this, cancellations or missed appointments within 24 hours incure a $25 member re-booking fee.
Your appointment is held exclusively for you, and this policy ensures fairness and rhythm for the entire membership community.
DEPOSITS (Only where applicable)
Some bookings may require a $50 deposit. Deposits are applied toward your appointment total on the day of service. If cancellation or no-show occurs within 24 hours, the deposit is forfeited.
If a deposit is refunded for any reason, the non-refundable processing fees charged by the payment processor will be deducted from the amount returned as the cost is kept by the payment provider and not refunded to The Parlour. (currently 2.9% + $0.30 each way — incoming and outgoing)
