Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with 48 hours' notice or more without penalty.
Appointments changed within 24–48 hours will have the reservation deposit transferred to your rescheduled appointment.
Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the $100 reservation deposit being retained.

Monthly Member Booking Policy
Monthly Members enjoy one complimentary late cancellation or reschedule per membership year for appointments changed with less than 24 hours' notice.
After this courtesy has been used, appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered that month's scheduled treatment and cannot be rebooked.
Appointments changed with 48 hours' notice or more may be rescheduled at no charge.

Pregnancy & Post-Surgical Care
For Modern Lymphatic Therapy and Power Lymphatics, medical clearance from your physician or surgeon may be required during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or following surgery.
This helps ensure your treatment is both safe and appropriately tailored to your stage of healing.
